Initial Consultation

Our first interaction is the first step where we will meet with you and go over what is involved in each of the processes stages in detail.

Our initial meeting with you will allow us to essentially gather all of the important details of your dream home and go over your ideas, from here we will design as per your brief and budget then come up with the first initial preliminary design.

Once completed you can begin the process of getting your sketch plans quoted by builders and bank loan approvals. Plans will be checked to the relevant codes and be complaint to either DA or CDC.

Construction Drawings

Once you have approved Stage 1 sketch plans of our process, we can move into full-fledged Construction Drawings with 3D perspectives and a 3D render if you would like, this render will allow you to choose your colour palette and watch your dream come to life.

These plans are compliant for all trades and builders and at this stage we will also organise your Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) and Building Sustainability Index (BASIX) certificates.

Reports

At this stage, we offer our clients an extra service which is to help them with obtaining any reports which are needed to be submitted to their council such as, structural, drainage, Geotech reports, bushfire, flood reports, statement of environmental effects, waste management reports and so on.

Submission

Submission on the portal for either DA or CDC.
